Job Description
Our Sector Communications job family is dedicated to creating, implementing, and overseeing communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products. This includes working on newsletters, press releases, email campaigns, or social media content.
This role contributes to and executes communication strategies within the team or organization. The role involves identifying and leading developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products. It requires effective collaboration and networking across internal boundaries to maximize job impact and personal learning.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to and execute communication strategies in the team or organization
Identify and lead developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products
Work under limited supervision, following defined precedents and policies
Accomplish tasks as an individual contributor or through more direct supervision, training, and development of entry-level professionals
Develop knowledge and skills in self and others to deliver against current and future job requirements
Job Qualifications
A degree in communications, journalism, public relations or a related field
Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
