This includes playing a leading role in developing Uber’s external Safety Reports.
* **External Representation:** Represent Uber on issues of women’s safety and interpersonal safety, including in contexts affecting young people, at public events and conferences.
* **Stakeholder Engagement:** Maintain strong relationships with women’s safety and advocate groups, think tanks, academic organizations, and industry peers to gather insights that inform Uber’s safety policies and product features.
* **Facilitate Progress:** Lead events, roundtables, or research stimulating expert-level discussions that drive meaningful progress in the areas of safety and broader gender issues.
* **Campaign Execution:** Develop and execute campaigns and other programs with safety groups and third parties to improve safety for women both on and off the Uber app.
* **Business Partnership:** Partner closely with internal business teams to guide Uber’s positions on safety products and policies.
