Quantifying your work and getting in-house buy-in is often half of the battle for global public affairs functions.
Featured Topic & Speakers
This workshop will feature two sessions focusing on the measurement challenge of global public affairs:
- Session 1: Engaging Senior Executives in Global Public Affairs: Buy-in from the top is essential for an effective global public affairs function. What does successful senior executive engagement look like? Participants will learn strategies for getting critical “top-down” input, as well as the necessary support and resources for project implementation.
- Session 2: Measuring Your Global Work: Demonstrating the value of public affairs work is a key step to gaining internal recognition for your function. This session will focus on measurement tactics that management understands and appreciates, and that accurately captures the impact of your public affairs work. Speakers will focus on measurement and metrics case studies to help participants understand which activities should be tracked, how to quantify them, and translate their value to internal stakeholders.
