Deciding to Expand or Reimagine and Making the Case

Political affairs is now more integrated into communications and public or external affairs functions than ever, and increased scrutiny of the business community’s political involvement decisions has added more responsibility to PAC and political affairs professionals. So, when and how do you determine it is time to expand or restructure your team to meet the increased demands of the function?  In this session, learn from experts who have been through this process on how you can approach growth strategically.

Redefining Roles and Responsibilities

Identifying the gaps within and the needs of your current program is critical to developing an expansion or restructuring plan.  Evaluating your current structure and designing a new one will require cross-functional stakeholder engagement — not just from government affairs — and a forward-thinking approach to developing talent and building a resilient program. You’ll hear from experts who will provide in-depth details about the roles and responsibilities within their political affairs team.
