This training seminar will be practical and hands-on – making sure you understand how you can apply this to your work/situation. Through supporting slides, case studies and practical exercises this training seminar will provide participants with:

  • A simple and effective methodology to prioritize public affairs objectives
  • The means to identify your key issues and priorities, and translate them into concrete objectives and KPIs
  • Set solid and realistic public affairs objectives that will challenge you and engage your organization
  • The foundations to measure a public affairs strategy that works for you and whose success you can then better share internally
  • Tools to assess your political landscape and your organizational needs – to help you make key strategic choices
