Join this first of four training seminars focusing on core public affairs skills in 2023, where we will explore the mindset and foundational steps needed to set up a successful public affairs strategy that works for you and your organization.

This training seminar will be practical and hands-on – making sure you understand how you can apply this to your work/situation. Through supporting slides, case studies and practical exercises this training seminar will provide participants with:

A simple and effective methodology to prioritize public affairs objectives
The means to identify your key issues and priorities, and translate them into concrete objectives and KPIs
Set solid and realistic public affairs objectives that will challenge you and engage your organization
The foundations to measure a public affairs strategy that works for you and whose success you can then better share internally
Tools to assess your political landscape and your organizational needs – to help you make key strategic choices
