Collecting, analyzing and communicating DEI data can be complex. Join our speakers as they discuss considerations, tools and strategies for gathering this data and using it to support and communicate your DEI goals.
In this workshop, you’ll gain insight into:
- Strategies for mapping DEI organizational outcomes
- Key metrics to track
- Tips and tools for DEI data collection
- Storytelling strategies for communicating DEI data and progress toward goals
This program is eligible for 2 credits toward the Certificate in Government Relations and Lobbying and 2 credits toward the Certificate in Public Affairs Management.

Deciding what data to capture and how to make sense of it can be difficult. Join our experts for a discussion on how they collect and quantify diversity data with a focus on:
- Determining what to prioritize
- Working internally or with consultants to capture diversity data
- Strategies for connecting data to organization and/or industry priorities

Diversity Data to inform Business Decisions
Data tells an important story, especially as it relates to trends. Diversity data can compel change and raise important questions. Our speakers will discuss:
- Communicating compelling and concise information
- Connecting with internal and external stakeholders on findings
- Creating materials and programs informed by diversity data
