9 am Module 1: The Essentials: PAC Governance, Bylaws and Board Structure
Now is the time to invest your efforts in developing or improving your PAC’s governance and management strategy. Strong governance is essential for stability and structure, especially amid conflict or a changing political and organizational environment. This module will cover ways to create a management plan with clearly defined roles and responsibilities to maximize your time as well as strategies for creating a diverse and involved PAC board.

- How to create an action-oriented plan to reach your PAC goals
- How to divide tasks effectively regardless of staff size or consultant involvement
- Board structures, objectives and communications
- Creating all-encompassing bylaws as well as a process for amending them if needed

10:15 am Module 2: Education and Solicitation Strategies
Keep the education going for your restricted class! New hires might not be as knowledgeable on the value of the PAC, and seasoned members may have questions or concerns that you can address. This education process sets the stage for effective solicitation campaigns.

- The important PAC questions to address in education campaigns

A disbursement plan is essential to guide your contribution strategy and prepare for contributions that may face scrutiny. This third and final module will deliver a comprehensive overview of effective PAC disbursement and candidate support strategies.
