Even when the COVID-panic subsides, government affairs executives agree: Lobbying will never be the same.

More than 70% of them surveyed by the Public Affairs Council say meeting in person with federal policymakers will remain much more difficult.  At the state level, more than half (53%) say face-to-face meetings with policymakers may become a thing of the past.

So what will replace the firm handshake and trust-establishing eye contact? How will relationships be forged?
