### Vision360 Partners Job Posting

Vision360 Partners, a privately-held, non-partisan medium-sized strategic communications firm, is seeking an entry-level communications and public affairs professional to join its team.

Vision360 Partners boasts a track record and client roster that spans close to 30 years and covers all sectors, including financial services, healthcare, tech, transportation, and more. The agency also ranks among the few with deep experience in legal and crisis affairs, and its litigation communications supports the needs of top law firms and corporations across the country. This new team member can expect to work across all our lines of business.

We are looking to hire an energetic, hardworking and organized individual for an opening as an entry-level Associate. Prior internship/work experience in public relations, public affairs, or politics is preferred, though not required.

The right candidate will bring to our team an ability to juggle a broad range of tasks and excellent attention to detail. The Associate will need to conduct extensive research with thoughtful analysis, write persuasive materials, assist with pitching media, create social media content, and monitor news coverage and social media conversations.

We offer competitive compensation, paid-time off that can grow with tenure, extended time off around the holidays, a 100% 401(k) match, and fully paid family leave. In addition, we offer a discretionary year-end bonus.

The salary range for this position begins at $50,000 and increases depending on relevant experience.
