We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a **Corporate Communications Manager** to join the Corporate Marketing team.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid, which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in‑person collaboration. While the cadence of in‑office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average three days a week.

As Corporate Communications Manager reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Marketing, you will develop integrated communications strategies and content that advance business priorities, elevate the brand, and foster connection, engagement, and alignment across the organization. ## YOUR ROLE

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

– **Write, edit, and coordinate approvals** for internal and external communications content, including presentations, publications, talking points, video scripts, press releases, and social media posts.
– **Manage communications requests** and provide editorial guidance to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
– **Manage corporate campaigns**, including developing assets, leading projects, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
– **Partner with Senior Manager** to develop strategies and content supporting the firm’s People & Culture goals.
– **Manage awards, surveys, and rankings submissions.**
– **Own the firm communications calendar**, leading scheduling and channel strategy for timely and effective delivery.
– **Manage relationships with brand and PR agencies**, including messaging reviews, approvals, and project coordination.
– **Collaborate with creative and digital marketing teams** to develop communications assets and content.
– **Manage multiple priorities** and shifting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
– **Share recommendations** to improve communications effectiveness, processes, and stakeholder engagement.
– **Foster a culture** of collaboration, accountability, flexibility, and continuous improvement.

## YOUR EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will have:

– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
– 8–10 years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, public relations, or marketing communications within professional services or similar organizations.
– Experience supporting communications for senior executives and handling highly confidential information.
– Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills across audiences and formats.
– Strong experience developing executive communications, presentations, speeches, and videos.
– Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
– Proven success managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
– Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.
– Ability to translate leadership priorities into clear, engaging communications.
– Advanced PowerPoint and visual communications skills.
– Strong project management and organizational skills, including editorial calendar management.
– Excellent judgment, diplomacy, discretion, and attention to detail.
– Experience collaborating with creative teams, agencies, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
– Familiarity with media relations and PR processes.
– Experience supporting crisis communications, change management, and/or M&A communications preferred.
– Prior experience in accounting, consulting, legal, financial services, or other professional services strongly preferred.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
– Experience with Microsoft Copilot (or similar enterprise AI platforms) and commitment to leveraging AI tools for productivity and communication effectiveness.
– Demonstrated critical thinking in AI use cases to maintain accuracy, authenticity, and trust.

## Compensation

In Virginia, the salary range for a Corporate Communications Manager is **$116,000 to $160,000**. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick Total Rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, expanded parental benefits, and access to best‑in‑class learning and development platforms.
