Job Description
Elevated Campaigns & Public Affairs is looking for a Digital Associate to help plan, implement, and manage its digital advertising campaigns for a variety of progressive political campaigns and public affairs clients. Our Digital Associate will also work closely with senior team members to keep up on new technologies and trends in the advertising and campaign industries to ensure we are always offering new and innovative strategies for delivering our clients’ messages to the audiences they need to win.

Primary Responsibilities
Digital Advertising Campaign Management: Working closely with digital ad platforms and other partners to place digital advertising campaigns, monitor and adjust order lines as needed based on performance, and report results to other team members and clients.
Ad Campaign Planning & Budgeting: Working with senior team members to scope, plan, and budget integrated digital campaigns to fit our clients’ strategic objectives across a variety of states and sectors.
Monitoring Industry Trends & Product Innovation: Keeping up with trends in digital advertising and political/public affairs campaigns to help Elevated develop innovative strategies to achieve its clients’ goals.
Website & Social Media Management: Assisting Elevated’s clients with website and social media page setup and maintenance as needed.
Other tasks as assigned to support Elevated’s work on behalf of its clients and business development goals.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience in digital advertising/marketing, data analytics, progressive political campaigns, issue advocacy campaigns, or related fields.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite apps.
- Ability to summarize and present data accurately and efficiently.
- Good judgment and discretion with sensitive and confidential information and materials.
- Strong attention to detail, along with work ethic and pride in quality work.
- A team attitude, willingness to grow and learn on the job, and good sense of humor.
Position Details
- This is a full-time, fully remote, W-2 position.
- This is a limited duration role through November 2024, though there may be a possibility to extend the role into 2025.
- Preferred start date in spring 2024.
- Required availability during business hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm Central) and occasional weekends and evenings.
- May require limited domestic travel.
- While applicants should be willing to work outside of standard business hours from time-to-time, Elevated values a work/life balance and allows for individuals to craft a work schedule that matches their needs within the guideline of being able to effectively support team and client schedules.
- Position will report to Elevated’s Vice President for Strategy & Client Services.
Compensation & Benefits
- The base annual salary for this position will be $48,000-$60,000 commensurate with experience.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off.
- Eligible for retirement account contributions after 3 years of service.
