PLUS Communications is seeking a creative and hard‑working Director to join our fast‑growing digital practice to help top‑tier advocacy campaigns and organizations win, every day.

**Responsibilities will include:**

– Execute digital strategies for public affairs clients, translating senior leadership direction into effective campaigns
– Serve as a primary day‑to‑day client contact, ensuring high‑quality, timely deliverables
– Manage multiple client accounts, overseeing content, campaign execution, and performance tracking
– Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and ensuring strong team output
– Collaborate with internal teams, including Design and Digital Advertising, to develop and launch campaign assets
– Draft and edit client‑facing materials, including content, reports, and presentations

**Requirements**

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

– 4–6 years experience
– Previous experience working at an agency is preferred
– Exceptional writing ability
– Proven track record drafting creative and effective content for digital channels
– Experience using digital/social media tools for issue advocacy and public affairs campaigns
– Ability to hit tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests and projects
– Meticulous attention to detail
– Previous experience with digital marketing, political campaigns, and/or public affairs projects
– Deep understanding of all aspects of digital marketing
