Build and maintain features that connect prospective clients with the firm’s experts, including enriched professional profiles and intelligent content discovery
Establish and maintain relationships between people, expertise, markets, services, and thought leadership to support a cohesive digital experience
Evaluate and implement a modern site search experience that delivers relevant results across all content types
Apply emerging artificial intelligence capabilities to improve how content and expertise are surfaced, staying current on what is practically deployable
Own day-to-day site health, performance, and technical maintenance
Enhance the site’s use of emerging technologies, including AI and tie-ins to broader digital marketing tools such as the CRM
Manage relationships with external technical partners as needed and document systems and decisions to build institutional knowledge
Provide other technology-related support as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
