Digital Marketing Specialist
Summary:
The Child Mind Institute is seeking a creative, analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team. The ideal candidate has a passion for data and analysis as this role will focus on mission-critical digital analytics across channels (website, email, social media) – providing insights necessary to optimize our digital presence. The Digital Marketing Specialist will engage with other members of the Digital Team to drive website updates (WordPress).

Reporting to the Web Manager, this is an exempt, full-time hybrid position located in our NYC headquarters office.

Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze data from multiple digital platforms including email, social media, and website to identify trends, and opportunities for optimization.
Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics and track progress against business objectives.
Collaborate with the Digital Team to identify opportunities to improve the user experience on the website, and publish website updates in WordPress as needed.
-Oversee various digital marketing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Contribute to the development of ongoing search engine optimization efforts.
Measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve goals.
Monitor key industry trends and best practices and bring awareness/recommendations to the digital marketing team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or a combination of education and work experience.
4 years of experience in digital marketing, digital analytics, or related field.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Google/Microsoft Ads, Social Media Insights or Sprout Social, CRM/Email Marketing, and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex data sets.
Experience with website content management systems such as WordPress.
Project management skills. Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to problem-solve in a fast-moving environment.
Comfortable working independently or with a team to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
