## About the Role

We’re looking for a performance marketing leader to own and scale one of our largest growth channels—paid social. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving efficient, durable growth across a nine-figure budget while shaping how we reach and convert customers across the full funnel.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and knows how to balance strategy with execution. You’re equally comfortable zooming out to define the vision and diving deep into the data to improve performance. You bring a strong point of view on measurement, creative, and channel strategy—and you’re excited about using emerging tools, including AI, to unlock smarter insights and faster execution.

## You Will

– **Own and scale paid social**, managing a nine-figure annual budget against aggressive CPA and ROAS targets
– **Define full‑funnel strategy**, expanding beyond performance into awareness and consideration to unlock incremental, efficient growth
– **Leverage AI and automation** to improve insights, campaign execution, and performance reporting
– **Partner cross‑functionally** with Product, Creative, Analytics, and Marketing to identify and launch growth opportunities
– **Translate complex measurement inputs** (MMM, MTA, Conversion Lift, etc.) into clear investment decisions
– **Build and execute a testing roadmap** across creative, targeting, and platform optimizations
– **Lead creative strategy** and production with internal teams and external agencies
– **Identify and launch new channels**, betas, and experiments to drive scalable growth
– **Coach and develop a high‑performing team** across multiple levels
– **Drive cross‑functional initiatives** that improve customer acquisition and engagement

## You Have

– **10+ years in performance/growth marketing** with ownership of large budgets (8–9 figures)
– **Deep expertise in paid social** (especially Meta) and measurement frameworks
– **Proven full‑funnel strategy experience** beyond lower‑funnel optimization
– **Experience using AI or automation** to improve efficiency and insights
– **Strong analytical skills** with the ability to turn ambiguous data into recommendations
– **Experience building scalable processes** in high‑growth environments
– **Strong leadership skills** and a track record of developing talent
– **Excellent communication skills** and ability to influence across teams

## Our Benefits (Highlights)

– **Competitive salary & equity** for full‑time roles
– **Unlimited PTO**, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days
– **Comprehensive health benefits** including medical, dental, vision, and parental leave
– **Employee Stock Purchase Program** (ESPP)
– **401k with employer match**
– **Offsite team retreats**

We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and belonging. If you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you’re not sure your background is a perfect match.
