These exciting tasks await you:
Strategy and consulting: Develop and implement tailor-made strategies for our clients and advise them on complex issues.
Analysis and research: Support our team and our clients through thorough research, reports and in-depth analysis.
Results-oriented documentation: Create clear and convincing presentations and documents that concisely summarize our consulting results.
Support in acquisition projects: Get involved in projects to win new clients and contribute to expanding our network.
Network building: Independently establish and maintain contacts to actively develop our network.
What you bring:
Academic background: Successfully completed studies in political science, social sciences, administrative sciences or law.
Initial solid professional experience: Activities (approx. 1–3 years) in political organizations, management consulting or association work are an advantage.
Political and economic understanding: Sound knowledge of political processes, a good understanding of economic relationships and a strong interest in current debates in politics and economics.
Complexity and communication skills: Enjoyment in delving into complex topics and presenting them in an understandable and appealing way using words and graphics.
Work style and personality: Structured and analytical thinking, quick comprehension, confident demeanor, and excellent English and good German skills in speech and writing.
Team spirit and initiative: Enjoyment of working together in a team and willingness to take responsibility and act proactively.
