ICF Next is looking for a **Junior Communication Manager** to join the Client Relations Department. S/he will assist the Senior Campaign Manager in designing and implementing EU 360° communication campaigns, projects, and services. S/he will be involved in day‑to‑day campaign work, planning and executing tasks with expert teams, following up on specific communication activities, and participating in key meetings.

## Responsibilities

– **Day‑to‑day project support** — Assisting the Project Manager in routine tasks
– **Meeting scheduling** — Coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders
– **Project reporting** — Drafting project reports
– **Meeting documentation** — Preparing agendas, recording actions, and drafting meeting reports
– **Meeting participation** — Attending client and team meetings
– **Project planning** — Keeping project planning documents updated
– **Deliverables tracking** — Updating and monitoring the list of deliverables
– **Action tracking** — Following up on the action tracker with the team
– **Platform management** — Organizing and updating the campaign’s collaborative platform
– **Quality control** — Ensuring accuracy and consistency of deliverables
– **Internal coordination** — Following up with internal teams on specific deliverables
– **PRINCE2 implementation** — Applying PRINCE2 methodology in project execution
– **Lessons learned** — Developing and maintaining a lessons‑learned log
– **Workflow improvement** — Identifying bottlenecks and proposing workflows under the guidance of the Campaign Manager

– **EU communications knowledge** — Knowledge and interest in communication and EU affairs
– **Self‑management** — Self‑motivated, self‑directed, and proactive
– **Organization & planning** — Strong organizational and planning abilities
– **Collaboration** — Ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
– **Problem solving** — Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
– **Project management** — Minimum 1 year of experience in project management or EU affairs
– **English proficiency** — Fluent English (written and verbal)
– **Communication skills** — Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication
