Media Intelligence / Social Listening Analyst

# **Description**

RiVidium is seeking a Media Intelligence / Social Listening Analyst to support our planned MODES III team supporting Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This role supports Outreach & Engagement Services and helps deliver mission‑focused outcomes for service members, families, and related stakeholders. Performs PWS C.5.2.3.5 media intelligence; analyzes sentiment, tracks trends, and generates executive‑level engagement reports. This position is contingent upon contract award.

# **Key Responsibilities**

– Monitor social and media channels to identify trends, sentiment, and relevant audience issues.
– Analyze media and social listening data to support strategic communication decisions.
– Prepare reports and recommendations that help improve message timing, reach, and effectiveness.
– Coordinate with outreach and analytics teams to translate findings into action.

# **Basic Qualifications**

– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
– Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Senior (10+ yrs).
– Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role and work with sensitive but unclassified information.
– Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission‑focused delivery environment.
– Demonstrated ability to produce high‑quality digital, visual, written, or user‑experience deliverables relevant to the role.

# **Preferred Qualifications**

– Experience supporting public sector, defense, or mission‑focused digital communications programs.
– Familiarity with audience analytics, user‑centered design, accessibility, and content performance measurement.
– Experience collaborating across content, design, stakeholder engagement, social media, and campaign teams.

# **Work Setting**

This role is expected to support work in the Alexandria, Virginia area, with on‑site support at the DoD Mark Center or other customer‑approved locations as required. Hybrid support in the Alexandria, Virginia area is expected, with on‑site support as required by the customer.
