## What You’ll Do

– Support client teams with research, monitoring, and content creation (press releases, policy briefs, social media content).
– Craft compelling narratives by translating complex policy issues into clear, targeted messaging.
– Track federal policy developments, regulatory changes, and media coverage for client interests.
– Assist in planning and executing integrated advocacy and communications campaigns.
– Coordinate logistics for client meetings, events, and coalition activities.
– Contribute to digital and traditional media strategies, including content creation and media outreach.
– Provide project management support to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
– Help cultivate relationships with reporters, stakeholders, and key influencers.

## What We’re Looking For

– One to three years of experience at a communications agency, Capitol Hill, or the Administration.
– Excellent writing, editing, and research skills with strong AP Style knowledge.
– Understanding of communications channels (digital, print, social, broadcast).
– Strong organizational abilities and project management skills.
– Ability to communicate effectively with executives, clients, and colleagues.
– Self‑motivated team player who thrives in fast‑paced environments.
– Interest in public affairs and policy issues.
