  • Produce daily and weekly media mention and attorney publication notices for firm leadership, the website and other communications channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate media opportunities, including the placement of stories, articles, and press releases for the firm, its lawyers, and management.
  • Develop and maintain editorial calendars for external media opportunities, including awards.
  • Manage media database, especially media lists for press outreach.
  • Monitor, analyze and share press coverage internally, both firmwide and for the individual practice areas, including media metrics where applicable.
  • Plan/manage PR activities during firm and industry events, and research best practices to provide strategic insight into new initiatives.
  • Assist, when needed, the Social Media Manager with the firm’s social media accounts.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

  • A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with content management systems (RubyLaw), social media tools (Hootsuite), design (Canva), and media monitoring and analytical tools (MuckRack), preferred.
  • Highly competent with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in Smartsheet preferred.
