### Senior Associate – Federal Advisory Practice
**Responsibilities:**
– Knowledge of various methods of communication to ensure outreach to intended audiences
– Work with clients to conceptualize and determine communications strategies that support their goals and objectives
– Provide guidance to clients with up to C-level client interactions and building credible relationships with clients
– Utilize functional and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues
– Support development of communication products that support transformation goals and objects as well as adoption of new technologies and/or processes
– Lead / support the development of communications plans, including stakeholder analysis, content development, and communications strategies
**Qualifications:**
– A minimum of three years of strategic communications experience
– Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
– Experience with a federal department, agency or private sector developing / implementing strategic communication documents such as talking points, briefings, statements for the record, informational communications, issue/white papers, etc.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients / colleagues
– Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
– U.S. citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal government TS/SCI + Poly security clearance
