Company Overview
Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business‑critical data that is trapped inside documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e‑signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).
What You’ll Do
Are you a seasoned commercial attorney who loves the “art of the deal” but finds yourself more energized by mentoring, community building, and sharing knowledge than by redlining your 5,000th MSA?
This role offers a unique dual mandate:
First, as the Contract Nerds Lead, you will be the primary face, voice, and visionary for one of the legal industry’s most respected communities. Operated by Docusign, Contract Nerds is the “water cooler” for thousands of legal professionals. You will be both a practitioner and a thought leader—hosting monthly CLE webinars, managing a roster of expert contributors, and serving as the primary ambassador for the brand across social media and at industry events.
Second, you will act as a key player in transforming the commercial function. You’re not just leading a community about contracts — you’re still doing them. You’ll partner with our commercial acceleration and contracting teams to transform and accelerate contracting as an active member of Docusign’s Legal team. This is what keeps your content real and your credibility earned.
This is a rare opportunity to step out of the conventional corporate grind and into a role that defines how an entire industry learns and connects. You will have the backing of Docusign—the leader in the agreement space—while maintaining the authentic, “nerdy” spirit that has made Contract Nerds a favorite among the contracts community.
