- Discuss when and how to conduct stakeholder mapping (and why)
- Walk through how to determine who within your organization should be involved in the mapping
- Provide an overview of the tools and services available to assist in your mapping efforts before you get started

In this session we will:
- Share key tools and tips for identifying who your stakeholders are, what they care about, and their ability to affect your organization
- Discuss why keeping your stakeholder map up-to-date is important, and provide advice on how frequently you should monitor activities
- Talk through how stakeholder mapping can be utilized to advance and achieve your organization’s policy goals
