  • Discuss ways to monitor and track your issues, and how to identify which method is best for you 
  • Share case studies of successful formal and informal issues management structures (and examples of structures that were less successful) 
  • Highlight the differences between issues management and crisis management and how to delineate between the two 
  • Walk through how to anticipate if issues are on the horizon and the importance of planning ahead
