### Arc Initiatives

Arc Initiatives is a full-service political, digital, and public affairs consulting firm. Our team of experienced professionals has waged and won dozens of high-profile, high-stakes campaigns for candidates, coalitions, and causes – and we do the same thing for our clients. We work with political campaigns, coalitions, issue advocacy organizations, and activists to drive progressive change and elect Democrats across the country. We are good people doing good things, and we are looking for a stellar individual to join our team.

### The Opportunity

We’re looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our social impact and leadership team. The ideal candidate would have worked for at least two electoral cycles with a focus on coalition and/or grassroots organizing and management experience in a statewide or regional role.

### How You’ll Make an Impact

– You will be an integral, full-time staffer and leader on Arc’s social impact, civic e-training, and leadership development team.
– You will support the strategic direction for your clients including support for creating plans and carrying out strategic objectives.
– You will support the management of multiple client projects to deliver exceptional service and results to put account strategy into action.
– You will support strategic planning processes including intake conversations with organizations and key staff and partners.
– You will track the narrative and political dynamics in electoral and issue advocacy areas.
– You will help create, manage, and run trainings.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

– You have 6+ years of experience working on electoral campaigns or at a party committee, for elected federal or state government officials, on Capitol Hill, at an advocacy, non-profit, or similar organization with a focus on coalition and/or grassroots organizing and management experience in a statewide or national regional role.
– You have experience creating or leading trainings.
– You have experience working with BIPOC and frontline communities.
– You want a fast-paced environment where you’ll continually be challenged and grow your skill sets while working on top voter issues during election season.
– You have exceptional writing skills and can produce materials with little oversight or editing needed.
– You have experience managing multiple projects on short timelines.
– You are a strong interpersonal communicator.
– You’re passionate about progressive causes, particularly political campaigns.
– You are kind, friendly, and have a good sense of humor.

### Please Keep in Mind

Research has shown that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds only apply to jobs when they meet 100% of the requirements vs. their majority counterparts, who apply at a much higher rate if they meet 50-60% of the requirements. Therefore, if you are interested in the role, we would love to hear how you can leverage your talents to be an excellent addition to the Arc Initiatives team.
