Establishing Meaningful Metrics for Social Impact 

Understanding what to measure is the first step in evaluating social impact. This session will introduce key frameworks and best practices for defining metrics that align with your organization’s mission and objectives. 

This session will cover: 

  • Choosing the right impact measurement framework (e.g., Theory of Change, Logic Models, SDGs, etc.) 
  • How to define meaningful and actionable metrics for social programs 
  • Common challenges in social impact measurement and how to overcome them

Data-Driven Decision-Making for Continuous Improvement

Once metrics are established, organizations must analyze and leverage data to refine strategies and maximize impact. This session will provide practical techniques for data collection, analysis and reporting. 

Participants will learn about: 

  • Tools for tracking and analyzing social impact data (e.g., surveys, dashboards, AI-driven insights, etc.) 
  • Best practices for using data to refine programs and communicate results 
  • Case studies showcasing how organizations have used impact measurement to drive change
