Help the sharpest minds in public affairs get more done with less effort—by guiding them through cutting-edge AI tools and building a vibrant network of practitioners transforming the field.

Description

At Delve Deep Learning, we’re redefining how public affairs professionals track issues, anticipate risks, make strategic decisions, and stay ahead of the information curve using AI. As Strategic Partnerships & Community Manager, you’ll be the front line of that transformation.

This role is a chance to work hand-in-hand with our high-powered users—analysts, consultants, policy pros, and advocacy leaders—and help them adopt, succeed with, and grow into our platform. You’ll build trusted relationships, develop scalable resources and programs, and serve as the connective tissue of a growing community of power users.

A Quick Note: If job descriptions were checklists, most of us would never get hired. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every single requirement, that’s okay—If you think you’d be great at this job, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a strategic partner to users during onboarding and beyond—understanding their needs, workflows, and goals, and helping them succeed.
  • Build and lead our user community, from shaping peer-to-peer engagement opportunities to sharing best practices, case studies, and insights.
  • Develop scalable materials and programming—from onboarding guides and tutorials to small group training sessions and community events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and leadership teams to surface user feedback, share success stories, and shape our roadmap.
  • Spot patterns and opportunities in how public affairs teams work—and help us make our platform indispensable to them.

Who You Are

  • A connector and relationship-builder at heart—you’ve built coalitions, trained teams, or managed key stakeholders in public affairs, campaigns, or advocacy.
  • You’ve supported or advised smart, high-expectation professionals, and you know how to earn their trust and help them level up.
  • You’re energized by both one-on-one engagement and one-to-many community building, and you have strong instincts about what makes people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
  • You’re comfortable with new tools and systems—you don’t need to code, but you’re curious about technology, particularly AI, and quick to learn what it can do.
  • You’ve likely worked in public affairs, political campaigns, consulting, or a policy-focused organization, and you’re ready for a new kind of challenge.

Bonus If You…

  • Have worked at a membership association, PAC, think tank, or tech-enabled public affairs platform.
  • Have created community programming, training curriculums, or user content before.
  • Have experience using or supporting SaaS or AI-driven tools, especially in a client-facing or educational capacity.
