THE TEAM
At Ticketmaster, the Marketing Team in Belgium is dedicated to generating and maximizing fan demand to drive ticket sales. This is achieved through the creation of engaging content across all relevant local marketing channels. A key focus is nurturing client relationships while showcasing our extensive reach through precise targeting. This includes leveraging marketing automation, CRM, paid and organic social media, search (SEO & SEA), and programmatic advertising. Additionally, the team actively promotes our marketing services whenever possible, aiming to build client trust and foster long-term collaborations.
THE JOB
As a Digital Marketer, with a focus on Marketing Analysis, you’ll be the bridge between strategic marketing plans and their daily execution. You’ll work across digital platforms, including Meta Analytics and Google Analytics, to translate data into actionable insights. As the key support for the Marketing team, you will enable the analysis of which actions truly have an impact and help the team focus their efforts optimally to deliver the best results for our clients. In addition to these analytical activities, you will assist the team on a daily basis across various marketing activities.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Managing our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). Candidates who are not camera-shy and/or are experienced in managing business profiles on these channels receive extra likes!
- Creating and scheduling newsletters: content, layout, segmentation.
- Monitoring, executing, and optimizing (using A/B testing) planned marketing actions and communicating them to customers.
- Ensuring the ticketmaster.be site is always neat and up to date.
- Writing reports and analyses, both for specific campaigns and for our general digital marketing actions.
- Translating short copy for our communication tools.
- Supporting important presentations, announcements, and product launches.
- Taking ownership of various operational and administrative tasks.
- Keeping up with the latest industry trends.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (TECHNICAL SKILLS)
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a digital marketer. Experience in the entertainment industry is an asset.
- A bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communication, or similar.
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
- Ability to transform our tone of voice into branded content both visually and textually.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfort working with data by tracking performance metrics, reading campaign reports, and drawing conclusions to improve results.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business, and Instagram to manage and grow our social media presence.
- Familiarity with digital marketing pixels and how to use them to track user behaviour, measure ad performance, and monitor conversions.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is an asset.
- A responsible addiction to social networks such as Instagram, Meta, and TikTok.
- Affinity with WordPress, email marketing/CRM tools, and analytics tools is an asset.
- Interest in marketing strategies for both B2C and B2B.
