Rapid Response Senior Digital Associate
AB PAC, a progressive research and communications organization dedicated to holding Republicans accountable for their words and actions, is hiring a Rapid Response Senior Digital Associate to join our Digital team for the 2026 election cycle.
The Digital team focuses on communicating AB PAC messaging across all public‑facing platforms. The team works closely with all departments to amplify talking points, research, and footage. Candidates should have a passion for politics, curiosity for research, and the ability to think creatively. This position is based in our Washington, DC office.
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor social media to capitalize on trending topics, breaking news events, and relevant conversations
- Work with Research, Digital, Video Production, and Communications teams to track daily changes in target races and develop social media campaigns, videos, and graphics
- Write effective, concise copy tailored to multiple social media platforms
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce daily content and long‑term planning
- Assist with digital fundraising
- Execute the digital release of AB PAC research products in creative and engaging formats
- Caption rapid response videos and produce rapid response quote graphics
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Availability to work after hours and on weekends
- Self‑motivation and proven ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
- Experience working with online creators and collaborating with partner organizations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to learn quickly
- Ability to meet tight daily deadlines and adapt to new challenges

We offer a competitive salary starting at $65,000 for this position and a strong benefits package.
