**What We Are Looking For:**
We are seeking a full-time bilingual (French/English) Social Media Coordinator to support our Bethesda, MD or Atlanta, GA office.

**What You’ll Be Doing:**
• Drive brand voice across social media platforms, specifically Twitter.
• Assist the bilingual social media team with translating and transcreating social media content from English to French.
• Assist the bilingual social media team with the editorial calendar and writing all social copy in English and French.
• Assist and direct the production team in developing graphics to accompany social media posts.
• Develop, write, and edit social media content in French.
• Deliver real-time insights through social listening to inform overall brand communication plans through monthly and weekly reporting.
• Monitor all social mentions across channels to inform reporting and identify engagement opportunities.
• Support social media efforts across a variety of additional accounts.

**What You’ll Bring Along:**
• Fluent in English and French (must be a native French speaker).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management or social community management.
• Background in journalism is a plus.
• Experience managing enterprise-level social media accounts.
• Experience using Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of the social media landscape, best practices, and analytics tools.
• High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media reporting tools.
• High-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere).
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.

**Compensation:**
The salary range for this role is $52,000–$55,000.
The offered salary or hourly rate is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
