We are seeking a **Senior Associate** to join the paid advertising team. Team members in this position will have a hands-on role in crafting, executing, and measuring cutting-edge digital paid media strategies for clients ranging from political campaigns to nonprofit advocacy groups to corporate public affairs. ## What You Will Be Doing
### Client Management & Strategy
– **Assist with administrative components** of client accounts (e.g., agenda, notes, project tracking).
– **Manage small projects** and work streams.
– **Engage across teams** and work respectfully and effectively with others.
– **Use resources effectively** when gathering information and finding answers independently.
– **Conduct research** to support problem‑solving and strategic goals, knowing when to escalate issues.
### Paid Media
– **Lead execution of paid media campaigns** across multiple platforms with little or no supervision.
– **Manage vendor interactions** and monitor performance.
– **Execute paid media campaigns** across social channels.
– **Set up campaigns**, handle trafficking, and monitor performance.
– **Analyze data** and produce high‑quality reporting.
– **Articulate paid media strategy** and decisions to assigned clients.
– **Develop media plans** and independently create plans for small‑ to mid‑size campaigns.
### Team Collaboration
– **Engage across teams** and work respectfully and effectively with others.
– **Communicate effectively** in 1:1 or small groups and deliver presentations to internal audiences.
– **Contribute to team learning** by sharing knowledge and supporting new team members.
### Project & Time Management
– **Own assigned tasks** (e.g., update trackers, meet deadlines, organize documents, understand how work ladders up to larger goals).
– **Meet deadlines** set by client lead.

## What We Are Looking For
– **2+ years of experience** in paid media strategy, planning, and/or execution; internship experience considered.
– **Ability to identify patterns** in data and passion for storytelling through analytics.
– **Familiarity with advertising audiences** in public affairs, advocacy, and political spaces.
– **Resourceful, positive attitude** and eagerness to solve problems.
– **Strong attention to detail** and organizational skills; Excel fluency a plus.
– **Excellent communication skills**, written and verbal.
– **Creative and entrepreneurial spirit**; energetic and detail‑oriented.

We are currently working in a hybrid model and require staff to work in the office **50% of working days per month**.
The salary range for this role is **$62,000–80,000**.
