## Job Summary
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, high‑autonomy **Associate Director of Communications & Public Relations** to serve as the strategic architect and hands‑on leader of our external and internal messaging.
This isn’t a maintenance role — we are looking for a builder. Someone ready to take full ownership of our existing PR and communications framework, evaluate what’s working, and elevate it into a truly best‑in‑class program. You will have the strategic latitude to define our narrative, cultivate high‑impact media relationships, and safeguard our brand reputation.
As the program scales and proves its impact, you will have the mandate and budget to build out your own team, starting with hiring and mentoring direct reports. This role reports directly to the SVP, Head of Investor Relations and Public Affairs, and offers a clear runway for organizational influence. It is designed for long‑term career progression; we are actively looking for a leader who wants to grow with us and step into broader departmental leadership as the company and team expand.
