Sanofi believes the US healthcare system should understand and solve for what matters most to patients. We are committed to working with patient advocacy organizations to accelerate research and development of medicines that address unmet needs, and to developing solutions that overcome barriers so people have affordable and sustainable access to the right treatments.
US PA&PA Immunology exists to close the gap between when disease begins and when patients receive appropriate, timely care. The function operates an outcome‑driven advocacy model: a prioritized portfolio of priorities, measured against defined patient outcome goals. The Head leads this model and shapes its continued evolution. Sanofi’s immunology portfolio is anchored by Dupixent and an immunology pipeline spanning dermatology, respiratory, rhinology, gastrointestinal disease, and Type 2 inflammation.
The Head, US PA&PA Immunology carries deep therapeutic area leadership combined with enterprise‑level contribution:
### Therapeutic Area Leadership
Owns the US advocacy strategy and outcomes for the full Immunology portfolio: Dupixent across dermatology, respiratory, rhinology, gastrointestinal and Type 2 inflammation indications, plus Sanofi’s non‑alliance immunology assets and pipeline. Leads and develops a team of US PA&PA leads. Accountable for budget and patient outcomes.
### Enterprise Leadership
Ensures alignment of patient advocacy and public affairs strategies with Corporate Affairs goals and colleagues. Serves as a full member of the US PA&PA Leadership Team, co‑owning functional strategy, talent, and the continued development of the function’s capabilities and ways of working, and contributing enterprise judgment on the patient‑access environment and corporate reputation beyond therapeutic area boundaries.
Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs.

Set the US PA&PA strategy for immunology, partner relationships, and patient‑community understanding years before new treatment options may reach patients.
Use data, evidence, and the function’s decision‑support platforms to connect strategy, partnerships, programs, and outcomes.
Manage and be accountable for securing the US PA&PA budgets across dermatology, respiratory, rhinology, gastrointestinal, allergy, and pipeline immunology, ensuring disciplined planning, allocation, and full accountability for how advocacy resources are deployed.
## External Partnership & Thought Leadership

Bring senior fluency in the US patient access environment and translate its implications for patients into the function’s advocacy strategy and priorities.
Stay ahead of how the advocacy environment is evolving, including the growing importance of digital and AI‑era information channels to patient communities, and bring innovative approaches to how the function engages and learns.
Personally accountable for ensuring full compliance with healthcare contribution compliance requirements, alongside all corporate, industry, and regulatory guidelines; protect trust through ethics, transparency, and sound judgment under public scrutiny.
## Enterprise & Cross‑Functional Integration
As a member of the US PA&PA Leadership Team, co‑own functional strategy, talent, and operating‑model decisions across all US therapeutic areas.
Serve as a standing member of the Extended Leadership Teams of the US Immunology Business Unit, carrying functional accountability across the franchises.
Integrate across Corporate Affairs, partnering with US Policy & Reimbursement, federal and state Government Affairs, communications, Health Equity, CSR, Global SPC Public Affairs, and Global SPC Communication, each within its own remit, to deliver one consistent Sanofi voice on immunology issues.
Partner with the Immunology Business Units and their General Managers, Market Access, PSS, Medical Affairs, HEVA, and R&D to embed patient insight upstream and align advocacy strategy with enterprise priorities.
Work closely with Global Public Affairs and country teams to inform global strategy with US insights and ensure global direction shapes US execution, serving as the US voice on immunology public affairs and patient advocacy in global forums.
