Public Affairs Council Recognizes New Certificate Program Graduates
WASHINGTON, D.C. – During the Public Affairs Council’s Advocacy Conference in Orlando last week, four recipients were presented with the Council’s Certificate in PAC and Grassroots Management. The Public Affairs Certificate Program helps professionals strengthen their expertise through a rigorous study program focused on building core knowledge, developing strategic skills and engaging in community involvement.
“This year’s graduating class earned their certificates after completing demanding curriculum and challenging themselves to develop new skillsets, making them that much more valuable to their organizations,” said Rikki Amos, the Council’s director of U.S. public affairs practice. “From emerging leaders to seasoned professionals, our graduates exemplify how our certificate program is essential training for anyone looking to enhance their public affairs knowledge and professional development.”
Certificates in PAC and Grassroots Management with a dual specialization in both PAC and Grassroots Management were given to:
- Elizabeth Bartz, president & CEO, State and Federal Communications, Inc.
- Casey Mensinger, program coordinator, Public Affairs Council
Certificates in PAC and Grassroots Management with a specialization in Grassroots Management were given to:
- Jennifer Fox, manager, political advocacy and engagement, National Restaurant Association
- Vanessa Kermick, grassroots coordinator, Air Line Pilots Association, International
