How do you make your fly-in run seamlessly? Start the day by hearing how best-in-class organizations plan for, structure and execute their Hill Days. Speakers will discuss:
- How to create a timeline and event structure that both utilizes your internal and external resources and accomplishes your goals
- Deciding who to include in your event, ways to encourage attendance and handling logistics like meeting scheduling
- Working with your government affairs team to craft an exciting and motivating agenda, useful issue briefs and memorable leave-behinds
- Ways to use your fly-in to foster long-term engagement with your stakeholders
