The first session of our virtual workshop will focus on the methodology of setting up a centralized issues tracking process that helps you anticipate risks and opportunities for your organization and industry. Speakers will demonstrate why an effective issues management process is a critical tool for global public affairs teams, how to create an issues tracking process from scratch, which internal stakeholders to involve, and how to maximize existing resources.

The second session of our workshop will explore practical examples, good practices and challenges behind implementing an issues management process for a global organization. Speakers will share their insights on showing how your issues management process impacts the organization’s public policy positions, tips for involving your global teams, and how to translate (and communicate internally) the value of your issues management process into dollars and cents.
