Webinar
The Federal Regulatory Landscape After the Chevron Decision
December 10, 2024
2 p.m.−3 p.m. ET
Earlier this year, the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the “Chevron Deference,” a decades-old doctrine that dictated how the judiciary should evaluate the legality of federal regulations. More specifically, it meant courts had to defer to regulatory agencies’ interpretation of laws if the original text was ambiguous or unclear. Overturning of this doctrine has, among other things, established a higher legal threshold for future and existing federal regulations. Join this webinar to find out what this means for your public affairs work now and in the future.
