Crisis Communications Planning and Tracking

Successful communicators understand that messaging and reporting structures need to be ready and key stakeholders prepared before the heat of the moment. Our first session will outline how to develop a crisis plan, train spokespeople and test your messaging before the spotlight is on you. We’ll discuss:

  • Creating a successful crisis communications plan and identifying potential pitfalls
  • Understanding the key stages – and the importance of – integrating quantitative measurements and new software platforms
  • Developing a holistic approach focused on your organization’s priorities that includes coordinating plans with corporate communications, legal and government relations stakeholders
