How employees interact and receive information has shifted substantially over the last five years.  This has created both challenges and new opportunities for PAC engagement and communications.  In this session, you will hear from PAC leaders who have adjusted their programming to reach remote, hybrid and geographically dispersed employees.  We will cover

  • Balancing in-person and virtual options for PAC events
  • Meaningful digital engagement
  • Creating opportunities for community in a virtual setting

Introducing the PAC in the onboarding process and creating opportunities for engagement tailored to the next generation of professionals will set your PAC up for long-term success and growth.  Understanding and tailoring activities to the communication styles, interests and priorities of motivated and excited emerging professionals can reinvigorate your PAC and develop future leaders.  In this session, you will learn:

  • How to effectively introduce the PAC in the onboarding process
  • Creating entry-level opportunities for PAC involvement and leadership
  • Surveying and listening to new employees to understand their political engagement perspectives
