Professional culture and work structures have rapidly evolved over the past few years, and your PAC strategies should be keeping up. Additionally, many young professionals have entered the workforce and brought new communications preferences with them. Whether your eligible class is remote, geographically dispersed or early in their professional careers, we will cover the tools you need to modernize your approach to reach them.

Communicating the PAC to Remote and Hybrid Employees
How employees interact and receive information has shifted substantially over the last five years. This has created both challenges and new opportunities for PAC engagement and communications. In this session, you will hear from PAC leaders who have adjusted their programming to reach remote, hybrid and geographically dispersed employees. We will cover
- Balancing in-person and virtual options for PAC events
- Meaningful digital engagement
- Creating opportunities for community in a virtual setting

Communicating the PAC to Early Career Professionals
Introducing the PAC in the onboarding process and creating opportunities for engagement tailored to the next generation of professionals will set your PAC up for long-term success and growth. Understanding and tailoring activities to the communication styles, interests and priorities of motivated and excited emerging professionals can reinvigorate your PAC and develop future leaders. In this session, you will learn:
- How to effectively introduce the PAC in the onboarding process
- Creating entry-level opportunities for PAC involvement and leadership
- Surveying and listening to new employees to understand their political engagement perspectives
