To raise money for the PAC, you need to first raise awareness by offering your eligible class opportunities to be educated about the PAC. This workshop will cover both education and solicitation campaigns and show the benefits of a holistic approach for sustainable PAC growth.

Crafting an Effective Engagement Strategy

Learn how to design and implement a strategic plan to engage potential PAC contributors and satisfy long-term members. You’ll hear from experienced practitioners on how to identify target audiences, tailor messaging to various stakeholder groups, and build trust through transparency and meaningful outreach.  Case studies and proven tactics will be shared to help you maximize participation and support for the PAC.

Communicating the Importance of the PAC

This session will focus on how to articulate the value and impact of the PAC and political engagement to association members or corporate employees. We’ll cover questions to anticipate, information to include, and ways to simplify the complex campaign finance system to build awareness, understanding and appreciation for the PAC.  Tune in for the communication tools you need to effectively convey why PAC participation matters.

Recruitment and Retention Strategies

The final session will include techniques for growing and sustaining PAC membership. PAC leaders will share their most effective solicitation methods, incentive structures, recognition programs, and other fundraising strategies that peak new PAC contributor interest and keep members invested over time.  Listen in for fresh ideas and inspiration to motivate your eligible class and grow your PAC.
