This opening session explores how to build a compelling and compliant PAC brand, whether you are launching a new program or revitalizing an existing one. The discussion will focus on defining your PAC’s purpose, developing a strong identity that aligns with your company or association and applying strategic communication strategies that engage and inspire stakeholders.
This session will cover:
- Strategic reasons for launching or rebranding a PAC
- Approaches to developing a PAC brand aligned with organizational identity and goals
- Communication and engagement tactics to energize eligibles and strengthen program visibility
- Best practices for planning and executing a successful launch or reintroduction of your PAC

PAC Relaunch in Practice
The second half of our workshop will take a deeper dive into the practical side of reintroducing a PAC after a break. The discussion will focus on how to reestablish momentum through thoughtful outreach and refreshed messaging and delve into strategies to secure leadership buy-in throughout the relaunch process.
Our speakers will discuss:
- How to restart solicitations and engagement efforts that align with your refreshed PAC identity
- How to secure leadership support before, during and after the relaunch
- How to structure communications, events and activities to generate enthusiasm and rebuild community around the PAC program
