Pulling from their own experiences, our speaker will provide insight on how to:

    • Identify and cultivate PAC champions within leadership ranks
    • Align PAC messaging with executive priorities and corporate values
    • Coach leaders to promote the PAC with confidence and in compliance of FEC law

    • Measure and communicate the impact of leadership engagement

Strong leadership is one of the most important drivers of PAC success. Whether you are building support among executives, engaging employees, strengthening board involvement, or championing advocacy efforts, leaders play a critical role in shaping a culture of participation and commitment. This session explores how leaders can use their influence, visibility and relationships to advance PAC goals and drive meaningful engagement. 

Topics will include: 

  • Understanding the leadership behaviors that contribute to a successful PAC
  • Building executive and stakeholder support for PAC priorities and initiatives
  • Communicating the value of PAC participation to diverse audiences
  • Creating a culture of engagement through leadership visibility and advocacy
  • Identifying opportunities for leaders to champion involvement

Leadership in Action: Strategies for PAC Growth and Engagement

The second half of the workshop will focus on practical leadership strategies that help PACs increase participation, strengthen relationships and achieve long-term success. Building on the principles discussed in the first session, speakers will share examples, lessons learned and actionable approaches that leaders can implement within their organizations. 

Our speakers will discuss: 

  • Ways to inspire and motivate PAC participation
  • Best practices for engaging executives, boards and key stakeholders in PAC activities
  • How to mentor and develop future PAC champions
  • Examples of leadership-driven campaigns and engagement initiatives that delivered measurable results
  • Methods for evaluating leadership impact and sustaining momentum over time
