Topics will include:
• Creating events that balance education, engagement and compliance
• Incorporating fundraising and advocacy into event experiences
• Integrating recognition and follow-up to deepen participant engagement
• Measuring impact through participation metrics, fundraising data and audience feedback
• Reviewing examples of events and activities that strengthen PAC visibility and community connection

Event Engagement in Practice
The second half of the workshop will take a deeper dive into the practical aspects of PAC event planning and execution. Building on the foundations of strategic engagement and compliance, the discussion will explore how to create meaningful experiences that sustain momentum, encourage participation and strengthen long-term relationships with donors, advocates and stakeholders.
Our speakers will discuss:
• Approaches to designing engaging event experiences that align with your PAC goals and messaging
• Best practices for incorporating leadership visibility and support into PAC events
• Examples of event communications, recognition opportunities and follow-up strategies that increase engagement and retention
• Ways to evaluate event effectiveness and apply lessons learned to future programming
