Strong PAC participation starts with communications that feel relevant, credible and purpose-driven. This session explores how PAC managers can shape solicitation messages that resonate with a wide range of eligible audiences, using AI tools to support message development while keeping tone, judgment and authenticity firmly human-led.
You’ll gain insight into:
- Techniques for developing solicitation messages that speak to diverse eligible audiences
- Ways AI content-generation tools can support drafting, testing and refining PAC messaging responsibly
- The role of values-driven storytelling in reinforcing the purpose and impact of PAC participation

Long-term PAC success requires ongoing engagement beyond a single solicitation cycle. This session will explore how PAC managers can sustain participation by strengthening relationships, reinforcing visibility and learning from past outreach. Speakers will share strategies to keep contributors engaged and improve results over time.
This session will cover:
- Peer-to-peer engagement and leadership involvement as tools for strengthening solicitation efforts
- Methods for tracking participation trends and engagement patterns across campaigns
- Ways feedback and performance data can inform smarter, more responsive solicitation strategies
