Key Steps for Setting Your Priorities and Objectives for 2025
14 November 2024
9:30-12:30 CET
Brussels
In the final training session in the Public Affairs core skills series will look at setting up your 2025 Public Affairs priorities and objectives. Public Affairs is increasingly required (and proactively looking to) quantify the world that it works in – to better connect and align with its organization and articulate the value and return on investment of public affairs work. We will explore the state of the art in quantifying Public Affairs risks and opportunities and in building priorities and objectives that have real impact in your work. Learn how you can identify and measure both policy and commercial risks and opportunities in a way that works for you and your organization.
