Training seminar Hybrid / In-person
Mapping and Engaging with Your New EU Stakeholders
19 September 2024
9:30-12:30 CET
Brussels
The third training session in the Public Affairs core skills series will look at how you can best engage with your new EU stakeholders – in the immediate and mid-term. How you map, manage and engage with your stakeholders will define your ability to deliver successful public affairs – so we will look at how to structure and build the right stakeholder outreach strategy. It can be a struggle to keep on top of who you should be meeting in this year of change and also to manage what you said and promised in these meetings? We will take the time to look at how you can do all of this to be as effective as possible at this key moment in time.
