Training seminar Hybrid / In-person
Strategic Planning for Public Affairs
17 September 2026
9:30-12:30 CET
Brussels
Public affairs teams are operating in an increasingly dynamic policy environment, shaped by geopolitical uncertainty, evolving policy agendas and rapidly changing stakeholder expectations. With limited time and resources, strategic planning is essential to focus efforts where they can have the greatest impact. This half-day training seminar provides a practical roadmap for developing a focused and actionable EU public affairs strategy in 2027. Participants will gain a better understanding of how to assess their political and organisational environment, prioritise the issues that matter most, set realistic objectives, and translate those objectives into a coherent plan for engagement.
