We’ll also discuss how to integrate issues management within public affairs and across the organization – even if you don’t have a formal issues management function. We’ll specifically address:

- Issues management vs. crisis management
- How to engage across the enterprise
- Mapping your issues for importance to the company and for impact
- Tools for monitoring and tracking issues
