A strong PAC board can be the difference between success and stagnation for your PAC. PAC board members are not only strong contributors to the PAC, but they’re also critical in educating eligibles and soliciting donations from their peers. Join us and learn how to assemble a strong team of board members and provide them with the right tasks to contribute to the PAC’s success. This session will cover:
- Key considerations for managing a successful PAC board, such as identifying the right board size for your organization, formal roles for members and what types of individuals make the best board members
- Various tasks often given to board members, as well as what to reasonably expect from them and how to communicate those expectations
