The first session of our workshop will focus on the key challenges and priorities leaders need to consider to set up a successful global public affairs function. Speakers will discuss:
- How to tie business and public affairs goals and defining metrics for measuring global impact
- Setting up a successful team and attracting (and retaining) talent in different geographies
- Managing internal expectations and communicating success (and failure)
- How to raise the internal profile and the strategic position of the public affairs function within your organisation
